Currently I am working in a virtual format. Once we have established a working relationship, I am willing to meet outdoors for sessions sitting in nature or going on a walk together.

Are you struggling with your mental health or seeking a formal diagnosis to help explain what you are going through? I have a broad range of experience working with people dealing with depression, anxiety, suicidal ideation, and other serious issues. My approach is not just to treat your symptoms but to try and understand the root causes for why your are experiencing what you are.
Lacking Passion
Does life feel monotonous, do you feel bored? Many people experience this, but sometimes its our fears holding us back. I will work with you to explore old patterns and limiting beliefs, as well as offer tools such as personality testing or astrology to explore deeper layers of yourself.
Relationship Struggles
Relationships tend to highlight areas that need growth. Weather you are struggling to maintain a relationship or having a hard time meeting someone, working on yourself is the best place to start. I can help you with communication struggles, looking at your attachment patterns, setting boundaries, and numerous other areas that are keeping you from love.
Process Trauma
Trauma has a different meaning for most of us. Whether you experienced childhood abuse, or had parents that were emotionally mismatched to what you needed, these experiences would likely have impacted you. In order to let go of the past, it helps to feel how it impacted you; its hard work, but it will lead to a more cohesive self.
