My work is guided by my intuition and respect for the individual identity that each of us possess.
About Me
I have been working as a psychotherapist in the Bay Area since 2017. I received my graduate education at The California Institute of Integral Studies in a program that emphasizes doing the inner work necessary to become a healer. My experience is varied, working with people of all ages, genders, and cultural identities. I have a particular interest in working with multi-person relational systems, such as families and couples.
Prior to moving to the Bay Area over a decade ago, I grew up in a culturally rich area of Atlanta, Georgia where I was raised by a single mom. I studied business as an undergraduate, felt unfulfilled after working for a few years, and decided to travel and live abroad internationally. From this experience my curiosity in culture and relationships expanded, leading me to pursue a master’s in psychology. My life has been further enriched through my intercultural marriage, which has given me experience navigating the challenges and beauty of cross-cultural relationships.
I have spent extensive time exploring my own familial patterns and wounding through many years in Jungian Analysis, as well as couples therapy. Life is constantly in flux, and as a healer I am always looking at how I can learn and evolve.
